AI Jury Intelligence Platform
Real research. Real data. Before you use a single strike.
The platform
JuryPulse runs from case setup through the last strike — research, scoring, voir dire, and compliance in one workspace.
Add a juror's name and JuryPulse pulls public records across multiple data sources simultaneously. Composite scores appear within minutes, not hours.
Questions are generated from your research findings — targeted to each juror's specific profile, not generic templates. Red flags get dedicated follow-up questions.
Your entire trial team works the same case simultaneously. Co-counsel, paralegals, and support staff see live updates as research comes in and scores update.
At trial
JuryPulse stays open during proceedings. Every tool is designed for use while court is in session.
Color-coded jury box updates in real time as jurors are seated, struck, or swapped. Scores visible at a glance — no switching between screens mid-proceedings.
Add juror responses as you ask questions. AI re-scores and re-ranks immediately. Questions are queued and ready for each juror based on their research profile.
Every peremptory and for-cause strike is documented with AI-suggested race-neutral reasons derived from the juror's research record. Audit-ready from the first strike.
Ten specialized AI agents run in parallel — researching jurors, scoring responses, flagging conflicts, and surfacing strategy notes — while you focus on the courtroom.
Attorney-client privilege
JuryPulse is built around one principle: what happens in your case stays in your case.
Every case, juror profile, note, and research result is isolated to your firm. No other attorney, firm, or JuryPulse staff member can access your case data — ever.
Attorney notes, strategy comments, and voir dire observations are protected work product. They are encrypted at rest, never indexed, never reviewed, and never used to train AI models.
Your juror research, scoring patterns, and case outcomes are never aggregated across firms. The AI that works your case learns nothing about any other firm's matters — and vice versa.
JuryPulse is designed to be consistent with ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct regarding confidentiality of client information and attorney work product doctrine. Attorneys remain responsible for independent professional judgment in all jury selection decisions.
